Your health & well-being is our top priority.

We offer low-barrier access to primary care and a range of health services at no cost. We accept clients who do not have health cards.

You must be a rostered client to access our health services. We do not offer walk-in services. 

New client registration is currently closed to the community.

How does DPNCHC protect my information?

We treat all personal information that you give to us in a confidential manner. It is very important that your information remains protected, does not circulate outside of your circle of care, and does not pass between staff for reasons other than appropriate consultations.
