Keele-St. Clair Local Area Study Virtual Open House

City staff conducted the Keele-St. Clair Local Area Study as part of the Growth Plan (2019) conformity exercise in response to the planned GO/Smart Track station near Keele Street and St. Clair Avenue West and additional transportation, transit and infrastructure improvements approved through the St. Clair Avenue West Area Transportation Master Plan.

Staff will present the draft Keele-St. Clair Secondary Plan and potential changes based on early feedback, and provide the public with an opportunity to comment on the draft Official Plan Amendments. Register here.
