Check Ins

Need support? Ask for a check-in session. Meet one-on-one with program staff to receive information and assistance with issues such as family conflict, relationships, school, employment, and more. Staff can make referrals to social workers, counsellors, dietitians, doctors/nurses, and other community supports. Parents/Caregivers, and youth (ages 13-29) are welcome to ask for a staff check in.
